| Darmah Group started out as an inland lorry agent in year 1978, distributing fertilizer and cement to the southern region of Johor. With the cooperation and hard work of the Wong brothers, the business soon thrived and blossomed quickly. Within a span of ten years, Darmah Transport Sdn Bhd was then incorporated in 1988, with a paid-up capital of RM1 million. |

| Riding on the golden era of economic growth in the 1990s, Darmah Transport strengthened its presence by specialising in distributing fertilizers for all major manufacturers and building materials within Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. In 1992, Darmah Transport set-up a branch office in Klang to cater for the increasing business demand in Selangor state as well as to improve the company’s operational efficiency. |

| In 2005, Darmah extended its service to provide freight forwarding, customs clearance and other shipping solutions to our customers. In 2008, Darmah Haulage Sdn Bhd was established to handle the delivery of containerised movement from Pasir Gudang and Tanjung Pelepas Port to its destinations and vice versa. |
|
| To better streamline and centralise the overall business, both Darmah Transport and Haulage offices were relocated next to each other in Pasir Gudang in year 2016. This strategic location and its close proximity to many of our customers enable us to facilitate the delivery order in a smoother and more timely manner. |
|
| Over the years of persistent efforts and perseverance, Darmah has successfully transformed into a reliable and efficient logistics company offering comprehensive logistics solutions to our clients. We are extremely grateful to all our customers for their cooperation as well as the continuous support rendered all this while. |
